Isiklar Yatirim Holding A.S. was established in June 1977 as Cumra Paper Industries Inc. The company went public in June 1994 through a 10.72% rights offering and started trading on the Istanbul Stock Exchange. Cumra merged with Baksan and Eltas kraft sack companies in august 1998 and changed her name to Isiklar Ambalaj San ve Tic A.Ş.. Having started operations as an industrial multiwall sack company over the years the company has grown with investments in Construction,Energy,Foundry and Shopping Malls and in February 2010 the company has changed name and statutes to become an Investment Holding company under the new name of Isiklar Yatirim Holding A.S.(Isiklar Investment Holding Inc.) With a 70.000.000TL paid capital and 200.000.000TL registered capital ceiling Isiklar Yatirim Holding is operating under the registered capital system.The corporation’s main subject of operation is investing in companies in suitable fields who would be yielding regular dividend income and participating in capital increases of her existing participations. |
